dancing? singing? acting? choose 1...

i think i'll start with the most latest event...

as i might have written about this, our RMSA (RSMU Malaysian Student Association) is going to host an annual dinner called MASSAD.. specially hosted kinda like a graduation dinner for the 6th years students and an event for us malaysian students studying here in beloved RSMU..
my batch of preparatory course have to prepare some kind of performance for the event.. be it dancing, singing, doing a sketch or something to be performed on stage... therefore, me n my grupmates have been changing plans from doing A to doing B to doing C until we decided to pursue our last choice.. that is, doing a sketch..

as i see it, dancing would be much more entertaining but somehow majority of the performance are going to be dancing performance. therefore, doing a sketch would most probably be the easiest n less burdensome....

A sketch it is...

To our surprise, the comittee is actually having an audition held to see wether we qualify to perform on stage... apperently it is a BIG, HUGE, SPACIOUS stage... with such short notice (not that they told us late, its just that we couldn't find time to practice).. at that point, we were sooo unprepared we were thinking of withdrawing from performing at all...

we managed to finalize the script few hours before the audition was held...
rainie was rushing us to keep on practicing.. adding more jokes and crazyness to the sketch to make it more interesting..

with such shaky, unprepared minds we went anyways..
we made it to the audition hall... seniors of the 2nd years are already there. some are cleaning the hall, some are waiting outside and some are entertaining the other performers who already arrived.. we went inside and just kept our fingers crossed.

to our surprise (again) we are the 2nd performer at the audition... aahh.. we sighed. scared with the result later..

somehow the wall of the hall made it look like we are in kindergarten or something.. haha..



finally.. its finished... some other performance was fun to watch.. my other grupmates dance was fantastic..
yeay!! looking forward to the massad'09 performance!!
