todays achievement...

suddenly, i felt like eating karipap. yes, i have been thinking of doing it for a long time already but only now do i have the chance to actually make it. i have done it a couple of times back at home. but usually, i'll do the filling and my mum will be incharge of making the 'kulit karipap'.. therefore, i was a bit panicking when trying to search for the best recipe to make one. even tried calling home but then, no one picked up.. so, i juz surfed the net.. later, with the help of sum other bloggers i start mixing the dough. lil bit of flour, hot water, salt n oil. thus, the kulit was done. the filling was easy. juz some cut potatoes, curry powder, oil, onion, black pepper, n tadaaa... here is the result...


later on, after finishing the filling, i start making the karipap. owh. my mum must be really proud. haha...


the frying session. my stomach is already making noises at this point.. making the piece one by one is tiring. especially when u dont have the ready-made 'acuan'.. have to seal it nice and neatly.


and here it is.. a bit burned. but still.. the taste is ok.. might need a lil bit of practice though. gave sum to timer, 1n2d, rostik and emperor.. sharing is caring rite.. hehe...
eat up people.. dig in~
