**MASSAD - MALAYSIAN STUDENTS ANNUAL DINNER**
organized annually by the 2nd year students of RSMU to honour future graduates of the year and to gather the students of RSMU
so, this year my batch was given the charge to hold the event. the batch of 2015. huhu.
earlier in May/June 2010 we formed a comittee. consisting of 2nd year students from various groups. the numbers increased and decreased as time passed by. we had a tremendous change but we managed. well, thats what i think. =)
the theme was GLITZ & GLAMOUR.
the slogan was WRITTEN IN THE STARS
why u ask? its because we hope that all our sweat and hardwork will pay off and get acknowledge by our fellow students of RSMU and we wish that this event would eventually be remembered forever in our heart and be written in the stars **

this is our ticket promoting poster. classy? thats what my creative director always want to achieve in every one of her designs. haha..

1st and foremost, i am one of the dancers for the opening cultural dance for MALAY DANCE. so, i had to go to the event for the rehearsal 1st. my team and i left around 11am i think. we brought all our stuffs to change over there... that was it. there was no turning back anymore. haha~~
other than the dance, i am in charge of the food and beverages for the night. i have a title too. haha.. FOOD DIRECTOR =p. sounds nice doesn't it? a lot of work and responsibility comes with it though..
the rehearsal ended around 2-3pm. some of the performers who came for rehersal went back to hostel to freshen up, change into their suit and dresses and make up. others stayed back and change in the dressing room and toilets at the hotel itself. including me and my MALAY DANCE team. hehe...
after changing, my job begins. started preparing for VIP refreshments on the balcony seats. meet up with the chefs at the kitchen to inform them about the flow of the event. so that they know when is the correct timing to serve the food.

around 6pm, students started filling in the empty space in the dining hall. i was still busy with Sergey, Dima, other chefs and Syaantini, preparing food in the kitchen. Showing them how to put the food on the plate and stuffs like that.

and so, the event begins. starts off with the speech by all the important people. welcoming video, and then, our cultural dance =)

after that, my job as the FOOD DIRECTOR begun! we had to throw some of the AYAM MASAK MERAH due to the unacceptable odour and fear of facing food poisoning in the future. from there, the chaos began to erupt one by one.

- not trained waiter/waitress (giving more food when unnecessary and not working properly when supposed to)
