Russia has a lot of public holidays in May.. due to this, we, students got to relax2 and chill2 a bit at the end of our 2nd semester. hehe...

so, annually, 9th of May is the day we celebrate... Victory Day. Its something like Hari Pahlawan in Malaysia.. the russians will buy flowers and distribute and give them out to celebrate the veteran soldiers. A parade was held at Red Square. at that day, veteran soldiers can be seen in their uniform, accompanied by family and friends wandering around... holding flowers and all.. huhu..

me n my friend on the other hand celebrated it rather differently.. haha... we had Cinnabon + Starbucks frappucino + mcD.. =P
